Marty Conley
Co-Founder
Marty is a co-founding partner of Conley Properties. He has experience working in both residential and commercial real estate, and as a lead adviser for investment portfolios. He received his BA at Framingham State University and his MEd at Lesley University. He is a fond believer in homeownership and value investing.

Brendan Conley
Co-Founder
Brendan is one of the co-founding partners of Conley Properties. Brendan has years of experience working on and managing construction projects and is a graduate of Bridgewater State University, where he earned his BA in business management. As a licensed real estate professional, Brendan believes in teaching his clients how to create generational wealth through real estate.

Brendan also works as the Real Estate Project Manager at Coalition for a Better Acre (CBA), a non-profit Community Development Corporation building affordable housing in Lowell and the surrounding area.
Jonathan Suero
Real Estate Professional
Jonathan graduated from Keene State College in 2024 where he studied business and works as a part-time property manager and maintenance technician. A bi-lingual Spanish speaker, Jonathan brings experience in the trades, a solid work ethic, and an ambitious attitude to the team.
