Marty Conley
Co-Founder
Marty is a co-founding partner of Conley Properties. Having started his real estate journey in 2020, he has experience working in both residential and commercial real estate as a property manager and investor. As an eager life-long learner and vigorous reader, Marty uses his knowledge and experience to oversee the financial aspects of the company, and advise and lead in asset management and real estate transactions.
Marty joined the GR8 Real Estate Brokerage in 2022, and as a team leader, launched the Conley Properties Team in 2025. He has a wide range of experience in helping both buyers and sellers to navigate toward their real estate goals. He enjoys working with real estate professionals and young investors to build long-lasting retirement portfolios, and to guide buyers in their first-time purchases. He is a fond believer in homeownership and value investing as a path to financial freedom.
Growing up in Chelmsford, Massachusetts, Marty attended Chelmsford High and then received his Bachelor of Arts degree at Framingham State University, along with his Masters of Education degree at Lesley University. He works in his hometown as an educator and coach for the high school rugby team. Marty has ambitions to achieve financial freedom through sound and strategic real estate investments, and to cultivate a professional and collaborative working environment for his company.
